Hey keep up the good work......I quit10 years ago and I still have cravings at times but I know that would be the stupidest thing I could ever do.....family and friends help a lot....I can go around my friends who smoke and I am ok....it will get better but I don't know if the craving ever go away for good...

Yes, I have had a lot of INTENSE dreams on the Chantix, but they are mainly sex dreams lol They are very vivid and wild! I also had one or two very violent dreams, not so good! Funny thing is when I was having a sex dream, I was a hour late to work, I didnt want to wake up. In the 3 years I have been with the company I have only been late twice. :O) Dream on!

Hey Shagna- May I say you look extremely well and very healthy. I m proud of you. I quit for 7 yrs cold turkey but started back 5 yrs ago I may try this Chantix you talk about. I am a singer and smoking is deterioratng my voice. I cant have that.
