Malia Obama appears to smoke a joint at Lollapalooza.

Malia Obama won’t be able to roll her way out of this one.

The 18-year-old first kid was caught smoking what looks like a joint at a concert in a video that emerged Wednesday.

The video, posted by Radar Online, shows Obama puffing away on the cigarette at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago last month.

In the 9-second clip, the elder child of President Obama can be seen in the background smoking as a young girl in the foreground of the video dances and sticks her tongue out.

An eyewitness claimed that Obama was smoking pot, according to the website.

She will receive nothing more then a slap on the wrist

She probably got it out of her fathers pot/cocaine stash

I think it's normal(how many of us have done it?) but I hope she isn't "acting out" because of the harsh realities of being a prisoner to the White House and all it comes with.

i would suggest her to watch her back coz being the first daughter she could invite trouble from rivals

Well define "legal". It is ILLEGAL in all states.
It is ILLEGAL by Federal Statutes , and Federal Statutes supersede states rights.
Just because the Feds don't enforce the law, doesn't make it legal.

The DEA can bust anyone they want in any state for the possession of pot and there is nothing the states can do about it!

Committing a crime in front of a Federal Agent and they do nothing. It's a damn shame, especially when they are required by law to do so.

??? what planet are you living on? that was one of his lies in 2008, but he's done nothing but hinder it's legalization since then... the DOJ just refused to reclassify weed a week ago, making it where they still can't/won't do any studies on it...
