If you even have thoughts that your partner is cheating, there are two things that can be happening. ONE: you are just losing your mind and you're insecure or TWO: things are happening that make you suspect cheating.

If it's number one: chill out

If it's two: get rid of your partner because your gut feeling is probably correct.

As for finding out for sure? Follow your partner around lol. But I say your gut feeling is what you should follow instead.

Tru I mean I feel dumb and keep thinking its nothing but it wont go away and now he`s strted this new thing of flippin out everytime I touch his phone and erasing his text messages everyday

My ex husband cheated for years. I never had the "proof" so I used that as an excuse to be miserable. The proof finally showed up when I found out he got another girl pregnant. My advice-RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Just my personal .02 cents...

Don't bring it up to talk about directly unless you have some concrete proof.

1. He'll just deny it and make you feel like you are going crazy and put a lot of blame on you. 2. You may not be correct (but gut instincts should be listened too). 3. If he is cheating, he'll just start being more careful about it. 4. The truth will come out eventually anyway unless he's James Bond and he knows you are onto him.

Just take your time, act oblivious, and wait until you know for certain.
