Why do people cheat and risk loosing everything

Fun, excitement, something different.

The fear of getting caught.

Because they really don't care.

well, if it makes us 'happy',, in a culture where happy is the goal and everyone is only responsible for their own,,,


its reasonable,, assuming as many do that the other person will never find out or be 'hurt', that if it makes me happy its noones business and people should butt out of my 'happiness'

I believe that's the logic,,,anyway

My guess is that said person never really wanted the other. I have been cheated on 4/5 times... And honestly... That is what is most likely true... He never wanted me or he wouldnt go somewhere else

I my observation, both as the one being cheated on, and as a friend to other victims, I have come to see that cheaters were always destined to cheat.

That is, from the very beginning, they didn't believe in dedicating themselves to another person; they only believed in pleasing themselves in some way.

Some were just selfish, but many were better described as childishly deluded: they thought that any time they would feel strong attraction, that that was love; and further, that love should always be "obeyed," and would magically always be "right."

But anyway, every time I looked back over the cheaters' behavior and expressed attitudes about life and love, it was clear that from the beginning, they were never going to truly commit themselves to any individual.

And the always appropriate answer

Because they can.

Find of any time happy

there are many ''reasons'',,, bottom line its just surface noise...it has to do

with there beliefs about themselves and beliefs about others just like every

other human behavior.....the real problem is we focus on the surface noise and

not on the real issue's....it's sort of like the illusive obvious...

The cheater always loses. Make that a lesson for them.

I have had it done to me. That's a pain I wish on no one.
