“Love”


Love is what we look for.
When lost we seem to need it more.
We never know what is in store.
We must take the time and explore.

We must all make a confession.
Love will leave a lasting impression.
Times it will take away depression.
It is a wonderful expression.

It is something we all need.
It is not out of greed.
It is not something you do to succeed.
Nor should one ever use it to mislead.

Love is something within the heart.
That should be given and not torn apart.
Something that will make you feel good from the start.
And at times make your heart a complex body part.

Within it will bring you delight.
Stir the passion within and ignite.
Will make things that were wrong seem right.
At times will make us see things in a different light.

We all know it is something we.
Need very much for it to be.
There for each of us to see.
For we all must agree.

It is something we yearn.
One day to receive and be able to return.
For love is something we all learn.
It is something that one should never use to burn.

For love is very real.
Just to be able to give to another and reveal.
How one truly does feel.
For sure it does have its own appeal.

Its something we all pursue.
One day we will know it is true.
It is a feeling between two.
A deal sealed with the words I Love You.
