I believe it is sinful ,and I believe the God of the old testament was giving exceptional rules for an exceptional 'chosen',,and once Jesus came to die for our sins,, there was no more chosen,,,and Jesus gave the rules to all people,, including forgiveness, but not the death penalty it is not such a clear answer biblically, so I err on the side of the example of Jesus,, who instructed to love, which killing does not fall into,, in my opinion Jesus gave instructions on how individual citizens are to act. He did not give instructions on how the government should respond to a case of 1st-degree murder. |

The regenve is mine, says the Lord . For the facts please read this. http://deathpenaltyinfo.org/50-Facts In France, death penalty was abolished after a horrific miscarriage of justice. In Britain death penalty was also abolished in 1973. Read here about one of the coast convictions and judge yourself. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liam_Holden Luckily most countries in the world have abolished capital punishment or don't execute any longer https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liam_Holden |

some Crimes are so heinous, that it would be best to permanently remove the Perpetrator/S from the Realm of the living! But I voiced it earlier!
What will carrying out the Sentence do to those who have to to actually execute the Prisoner? Also, much might be learned from keeping Serial-Killers,Child-Molesters/Killers alive and study them! |
