How do you get you account unlocked and why does Mingle2 lock it without telling you anything. How does one start a discussion thread if one's account is locked?

How do you get you account unlocked and why does Mingle2 lock it without telling you anything. There have been some issues with this auto-program. When it gets to a human, they make the call, usually within 3 days.

I had to create a new profile to get on here. I think others on here are speaking based on what happened to their friends.
