WHAT about the CHILDREN?? American citizens. Children of illegal immigrants. They have interviewed teenagers that are going to raise their siblings because their parents are being deported. These kids are in school and need their parents help. This is happening now. There are kids in high school here that have been here since birth, but their parents are illegal. They have to leave with them to stay in touch, or stay here and continue on and live without their families.
There are thousands of children legal citizens. What about this?
We have lost more than 25,000 immigrants in just a short while. Many left today.
I live across from an apartment complex. I am watching as I type; furniture being set outside because they are being evicted because of this law. I am so worried for their well being.

Ok, let me make it extremely clear to you. My family has fought in almost every war this country has gotten into. I have seen fatherless and motherless children of soldiers who fight so these people can come here and break my laws. I have no pity for them what so ever, so dont come crying to me. There are famlies broken by the sacrifce of a soldier everywhere but you dont hear them whining. So drop the bs crap for the illegal invding criminals. I blame our federal government who are so narrow minded and worried about the next election and what they can do for theirselves. We need a fence and to kick every illegal theif from my country. I did not lay my life on the line for some usless invading criminal to suck dry welfare and collect a paycheck to send to the garbage country to the south. We need to invade that country although I am not sure what we would do with it afterwards. This is my country, My flag, and My national athem! I fought for it and the right to demand the removal of these people!

There is no need for you talk to me about soldiers sir...I am a family of just such. Many soldiers, father, grandfathers, uncles, sisters, all but one of my sons. FIVE SIR...FIVE! Don't talk to me about being a citizen with soldiers fighting for our rights and for a man that makes no sense.
I am also aware of there being Latinos fighting our wars. Search it.
I cannot fathom a people being so cold blooded towards children and familes thereof.
And yes, I do hear about the families of soldiers whining about their deployment. And soldiers.
The splitting up of any family is sad, and hurts more than just one.

I understand the concern, but to a point the "Burly Men' are right. You can't do somthing illegal and exspect it not to affect the family. But minus the "Wooo Hoo", I think if you see a place where your able to help a child somehow, some way, any way, to cope and/or make it through a tough time then we should. There's a reason why God gave us compassion for others and we should be sensitive and follow our hearts.

We can make all the laws we want, but compassion has none.

I DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR FAMILIES AS THEY KNEW THIS WHEN THEY CAME HERE. I know soliders who never got to see their children because they fought for freedom for criminals like this. There is no excuse for any criminal to cross my border for any reason. This discusion will not go anywhere. Si,r I and my family fought against tryanny for freedom against countries like this. This government sends their people over here and our government uses them. Would you sir; take your child to a country that offered no real schooling? No real vantage for good work? No good housing? Not hardly any work? If it came down to my kids having a life and living in squallor? I think I would have to choose illegal also.

as far as I ma concerned if you come into this country illegal you take what you get.. should the children be punished for it no.. but there are child services to deal with such issues

true if born here they have duel citizen ship

they can go back with their parents

take proof of birth with them

and come back when they reach an older age

not that hard to figure out

who knows maybe they will want to remain in their parents country

Apparently, you've either never been there or only been to the border towns.
They have, even in the border towns, excellent schools. The even have many universities. Saltillo reminded me of San Antolio. They have all the eminities for good living. I couldn't afford to live there. There's Sams Club, McDonalds, elegant Mexican Dineries and they all are patroned by Mexican Citizens
I know many Mexicans in Mexico. From the dirt poor to filthy rich. I even have 2 brother-in-laws who live there. My wife is a Legal Resident, has been for 25 years.
There are many opportunities in Mexico.
Granted, some either chose not to get educated or couldn't afford to.
