At your bar? That might be construed as promoting your bar and that's against the site's TOS.

Perhaps you should post under Help section.

Good luck

Guys! red flag, red flag. We don't even know if this guy is genuine. He's obviously kyped somebody's vacation photo. Or else he'd show his face!

We have had to delete a few post due to calling members out on the forums which is not allowed.

Members that want to have a meet within their area and it is Mingle2 members they must post within their State Forum in order to find out those that are available to do so or willing..

Many members in the past have had meet and greet meets with other mingle2 members that live within the area or those that want to travel. But all meet and greet threads must be created within the State Forum that the member lives in.

When I was active with another site before I came to Mingle I went to many of the community events that were very well managed and I felt like the money I spent for these Parties With A Purpose was a great way to benefit the many charities that sponsored them.

These Meet and Greets had less of the negative connotation of a private party or parties that were at a hotel that felt more like a set up for cheap sex.

You were meeting at a safe neutral location, sometimes several times, and could give a person a fair chance. Not everyone presents well in "computer land" or at flirting in high stress situations so when part of the event was to do things (pack goodies for school bags, wrap Christmas presents for nursing home patients, weed a shelter campus, take a leadership class) where you were interacting with your screen name.

And because many of these events were bring your own sack lunch and clear that it was not a "dress up" affair people did not spend "big bucks" on clothes and so forth so the dates were not really expensive. A real break for people who found commuting for dates that ended up nowhere a real savings.
