Hmmm...the way I understand it, is if she is at risk, she is removed by a court order, then Dad applies to stand as her temporay guardian until the case is heard.

you are telling me they didn't even call him to let him know what is going on his grandparents went to pick her up on friday and called him and told him that she was not there and they did not know where she was at. he called the pd and reported a missing person and then called her other grandma and she was there and told him that he was not aloud to see her becaue he was a treat to her. if he is a threat to her why does she kick and scream when we tell her it is time to go home and he has court ordered visitations

Apparently you have not talked to the right people. The child should be examened as soon as what you said was found! I'm with Lee on this, something dosen't sound right here.

when we seen the burn mark we took her strait to the emergency room to get it documented like the emergency DHS worker told us to. The DHS workder on this case is stupid there has been Meth in the house and they didn't do a thing

Get more legal advice from someone who specialises in child abuse and custody issues.

Call the police department and ask to speak to the children's protection liason officer. They can advise you of the legal way to go about things, and recommend a good legal representative for the child.

legal smegal, my girls are mine as much as hers. 1 bit of abuse and those kids would be out in an instance. Mine are 13-14, but I would not care if they were 1-2!!! I omly know what I am reading here, but this sounds like there is something that could be done and done now. how many bruises and how bad?? sometime young ones will fall three or four times in a row and bruise themselves. now the rest does not sound like something that could be an accident. just one mans opinion.

Have you considered contacting the local media, explain to them about the burns and the reports of abuse and children services has placed her back in the home. They will investigate and eat this up because the police and the legal system are failing a child (Both Sell Papers and TV Ratings)

And on occasion I have heard of Law offices donating services and time to the victim (Drums up more business and is a tax write off for the firm)
