Well I don't know if they're interested. I imed them once they blew me off after like 2 mins so I sent her an email that said "okay if you didn't want to talk you didn't have to" and i got that response

Oh yeah. It means she is probably interested, but wants to be careful because she doesn't know you. She is a woman and therefore vulnerable, and for all she knows you could be a weirdo or a psycho and she wants to play it safe in getting to know you, because this is the internet and there are all sorts of crazies out there.

It means she is afraid to get involed to quickly or let out to much info because of all the stories you hear about weirdos and stalkers from the internet. Good thing to be cautious, but don't hide under a rock either.

Show some more self confidence in your correspondence with her. Assume she is interested and respect that she wants to take things slowly and protect herself since she doesn't know you.
