Apologize for the accident, and offer to buy her a coffee for the trouble. If she shys down, just smile and tell her it's the least you can do. Then it's small talk time. What do you do? 2 min. Talk. What brings you to the mall... quick make something up. Then say thanks for the talk and say good bye. If she's intrested she will stop you for your number. If not, Stare into the celing and bump into another gal. Continue until your confidence is solid, your bladder is busting open or until sombody reports you for being a pick pocket.
