Threat don't see were it would be a threat to anyone unless they are doing something they are not suppose to in the first place. Shhhhhss the cops I have known have all been very caring and had one hell of a sense of humor so it would all have to deal with the person them self.

Police and military men have a purpose in our society..so why do you think these citizens are a threat? They are very much part of the equation for our society to function better. though there are some that abuse their authority for personal gain, not attractive.
