Well I suppose you could warm it with your breath, time might be an issue.

I find it easier to do the meat sauce I use a lb of hamburger meat to fix the sauce so I have enough left over. Then just enough noodles for one meal, then I freeze the rest of the meat sauce in small portions just enough for a meal.. That way all I have to cook is the noodles and heat up one of the containers of meat sauce another time.. They actually sell a measure just for spaghetti to make it easier to figure out I just pull some out and make a circle with your thumb and first finger to the size of a beer bottle at the top works perfect every time... Just fit enough dry noodles in the circle of your fingers...
