While traveling home for leave from the Military.. I met a beautiful woman at the airport... we had drink and got to know each other over a 6 hours period.. It was the wrong time in our lives, but never forgot her... wonder if she ever thinks of me...

Had something similar waiting in line at a deli...We hit it off great and spent about 30 minutes talking and laughing. I went back to that deli several times but never saw her again

I searched FB.. still remember her name and that was late 80's

I had a friend, who was a drug addict. He literally lived on the streets off and on for the 8 years that I knew him. Because he had no permanent address, I lost contact with him about 15 years ago. As I got dressed for work this morning, I thought about him as I sometimes do, wondering if he was even alive.

As I seated myself in the front seat of a taxi on my way to work, I heard someone call my name from behind.

As I turned around, guess who?

It was HIM, with the biggest smile on his face!!!

We couldn't talk because of our awkward alignment in the taxi, but I handed him my phone and told him to enter his number.

That encounter is one of the reasons why I keep falling in love with life over and over again.

You just NEVER KNOW what life can bring you , when you least expect it :)

Got my boys some hermit crabs at a festival when they were two and three. My youngest ones had the batman logo painted on his shell and he let him out of his aquarium one day. Never found it. Wonder what ever happened to him?
