don't know if this is a poem or what but it came to me one rainy night.
IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT, DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT, I AM WET AND COLD, DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT, I HAVE NO WHERE TO GO. DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. I HAVE NOT EATEN IN DAYS, DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. I HAVE WALKED OUT OF MY FOSTER PARENTS HOUSE, DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. I AM JUST ANOTHER FIRST NATIONS MAN ON THE STREETS, DOES ANYONE CARE? NO. IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT, DOES ANYONE NOTICE ME? NO. IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT, DOES ANYONE NOTICE? NO. IT IS A DARK AND RAINY NIGHT................... JOHNNIE5 |

A First Nation Man is never truly alone, there are brothers and sisters who walk beside you in every step, the old ones know your pain and plight. Excellent piece Johnnie
