If they dont get it their eyes stray and they dont fight them urges.
Then again guys are guys and their DNA is completely different than females..they have this "CHEATING GENE" within them and cause most dont fight them urges they instead look at the bodies of them young girls as they get older and drool...
Bottom line: God made them like this (their DNA)so blame God for their actions
Footnote: Only 10% of guys fight that EVIL within them, is why being with a bi guy is way better than being with a straight guy( my opinion)..lol.

Think you should change "men" to "me"...you sure don't speak for all of us...seems you have some "issues"

These are actually completely separate and unrelated questions.

I've seen lots of men who claimed to love the women they cheated on.

As for why some men cheat, in my observation, it's the same reasons why some women do.

Another thing that they have in common, is that most cheaters wont tell the truth when you ask them why. They will come up with some silly excuse, such as that "it's part of being a man," or "because I deserve more than I was getting from him/her."

It should be obvious, but it needs to be repeated:

If someone lies about being faithful, they will lie about why they cheat, too. especially to themselves.

I think the answer to why they cheat is in their genes/jeans...spell it either way!

I am not condemning all men here...I believe that the vast majority of men are good and honest...It's that minority that ruins the reputation of the rest.

if men feel the need to cheat, they should always be single... logic goes far, common sense even farther...

I'm glad I'm not a man, in any stretch of the imagination, and have never had these "urges" must be painful...... being a hideous demonic monster most certainly has it's advantages.

(most.... NOT ALL, but most) men cheat for pleasure... most cheat every chance they get.... (why oh why don't they just remain single?) huge question...

women cheat from emotion, and circumstances, and are far less likely to cheat..... but still do occasionally...

men on the other hand, are even rank enough to cheat when their girl is delivering their baby, or other physical changes...

and to add.... they traffic women, young girls, and boys....

women don't.

men have sex dens, and brothels by the hundreds.... world-wide!!!

women have a scant few....

even priests, pastors, and higher clergy do abominable things.. they have hit on me many times when I was much younger... and when I was a child, ages ago... they, I believe are some of the worst of this... they would always adjust their pants in front of me, a little more than comfortably warranted.... then I knew it was coming...:nowa

If people cheat they don't love the person they are with.

some of my friends who are married, only got married cause they didn't want to be alone.
a man will always cheat after being married 5yrs.
if he says he has to work late or stay late at work, he's cheating.

women are known to cheat too. my friend first marriage, they lived in a apartment that someone accidently start a fire, him and his wife moved in with his parents till they could find another place, his mother who ran errands for her parents most of the day came home and caught his wife in bed with 4 black guys.

Depends on exactly what you mean by "cheat."

There's a difference between:
- intercourse with one particular person, once, never occurring again, possibly with alcohol or twin sisters involved
- emotional bonding and relationship forming creating a second family
- intercourse with multiple people, over time
- intercourse with one particular person, forming a relationship, then ending a relationship they're in
- intercourse with someone of the same sex (relationship with someone of the opposite) once, never occurring again
- intercourse with someone of the same sex (relationship with someone of the opposite) over time, forming a lasting relationship
- forming a bond with someone over the course of months or years culminating in sex
- forming a bond with someone over the course of months or years they actively lie about and purposely hide from their partner, maybe it leads to sex, maybe it doesn't

Among many other things, you get the gist hopefully.


Depends on what you mean by "real" love.

- the biological and scientific process of love that's understood
- the disney version of forever and ever it never needs work, no problems ever happen, it can be taken for granted as once found it leaves you in ecstatic bliss for the rest of eternity
- the fear of change or social loss and self image rationalized into a delusion of love
- the lifetime movie of the week and media driven idea of love meaning ownership by one partner and the other it's pure and good making them a victim


It would make it far more simple if you added context to the question.
Such as "my friend was in a relationship with a guy, she does everything for him with kindness and joy and birds help her dress in the morning, one night he came home and confessed he nailed his secretary but said he still loved her. These are the reasons he gave (x,y,z) for cheating and loving her...why would he cheat on her? What is love to him?


Otherwise it's too vague of a question.

Might as well ask "why do men eat doritos? What is true hunger to them?"

There are at least 6 billion Humans alive on planet Earth, and it is safe to assume that at least 1 billion of them are males over the age of 18. So, how could you possibly know that more than 500 million men cheat every chance they get?
