Why are tgere profiles tgat date to the 20th century?

Not really sure what you referring to this site is only 10 years old so there could not be any profiles that have been here 10 + years..
If you are referring to older profiles that have been here for several years. Then they are here because the site does not delete accounts. Members must deactivate their accounts if they choose not to use them. Just like your own account that has been here 3 years but yet this is the first time you have posted in the forums.. All accounts remain till you deactivate them yourself or for many they will deactivate then choose to come back later.. Hope this helps. Site Mod Kristi |

It appears that my "matches" have not been on the site for a month or more...I'd say 99% of them fall in that category. Do you have some sort of filter so we don't keep wasting our time clicking Yes on someone who's most likely left the site?

I wish it was possible when doing a search to limit the profiles that show to those who have been onsite within the last month. I suspect that would greatly reduce the number that show up!
I understand it is policy to leave profiles in place but I would love to see a message on joining that says if you don't use your profile for more than six months it will vanish totally. However, if you log in again, it will reappear with all your details as they were before. That would be most useful! |

Once you come upon one that has not been 'seen in over 30 days' all others after it will be the same. When they are set to make improvements they will open the 'Feedback' forum. |
