turkey is in this list "and limit the effect of foreign culture on the domestic audience." ok i see that Canada is trying to protect it's culture but what does it have to do with the list above? can u or not access to those countries' youtube channels? if the us youtube is blocked and the turkish one as well (i understand that from the music forum) are all those countries blocked in Canada then? am i too much lost?
