minced-meat onion,potato onion, yellow cheese, or any of these mixed
sometimes leak and cheese (this is delicious !!)
banana & chocolate

u can make combinations of the fillings (banana & onion is not recommended though lol). and it is not cooked in oven. it is cooked on a thin metal plate.

after some height, that balloon will of course burst by pressure .. and there will be a burek rain to peoples heads. they will think its the birds
