To really factual More Illegal guns have used to kill by far than the legal ones. So sure go ahead and make all these laws and take the guns away from the law abiding people and see what happens. We have a right to bear arms in the U.S.A. and as an American I own guns and yes each one is registered and is legal. I have many...Some I will have to sell before I move to Canada. Will I ever surrender any of them to the Gov. Nope not happening. |

I haven't bought a gun in a while.
I realized, sadly, that they weren't making my penis bigger. I'll have to be content with 8. Guns..that is. Hi babe. |

At what point does a guaranteed Constitutional right, that shall not be infringed, come into the conversation? So now we target gun ranges? Why not flight schools? Safe driving schools? After all the supposed 9/11 terrorists attended flight schools and more people are killed each year by vehicular accidents. Take away gun ranges and safety classes and that helps the problem? The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the "high powers" delegated directly to the citizen, and 'is excepted out of the general powers of government.' A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power. Texas Court Decision Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859)] "Amendments" can be amended, that's why they call them "Amendments" i love that one |

what most people do not understans is that the Constitution does not grant those Rights, but merely enumerates them, and forbids Governments to infringe on those rights!
Those Rights are inherent in the Individual,NOT granted by some Government! |

Slavery had it's origins in Africa and other parts of the world as far back as recorded history. In many parts of the world it is still practiced. America did not invent slavery as liberals like the uninformed to believe. |

The author was merely pointing out your forefathers thought it ok to own people, with a stroke of a pen, they also made it much much easier to kill yourselves on the street when it was really meant to protect against tyranny in government. big difference. I have a saying in business, only idiots never change their mind, it applies to countries too |
