Appetizers are my specialty !

There are so many things you could make that are quick and simple .

I like to serve spinach dip with crackers , 7-layer dip with tortila chips , jalapeno poppers , veggie rolls , theres so much more .

My Moms ex-husband had alot of parties .

Take one can of refried beans, about 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa, mix together and spread in bottom of 9x9 pan. Cover beans with more salsa (thin layer). Cover with cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, basically whatever you like). Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is browning and bubbly. After removing from oven, you can sprinkle on tomatoes, onions, peppers or just leave as is. Serve with tortilla chips.

Easy, easy easy and it's always the first thing to go when I have a party.

bbq smokies are good and easy, I also like to make buffalo wings, I just buy a bag of frozen wings, lay them out on a pan, and then cover them with buffalo sauce, then bake them at like 350 until the chicken is cooked! sometimes i will take a pack of smokies and a can of pineapple tidbits, wrap them in pieces of raw bacon, secure with a toothpick, lay flat on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with brown sugar, then bake til bacon is cooked. mmmm those are the best!

I never watch foot ball. But I suggest you go the grocery store, and get a foot ball shaped cake, from the bakery.
Also have nachos, which have ground meat.

A football party just isn't a party without this frathouse favorite. The best part is you can pick the Jell-O to match the colors of your favorite team.

3 oz. package of Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 cup vodka
cups (paper Dixie, sample, soufflé, pill or otherwise)

Empty Jell-O into a pitcher. Add boiling water. Stir. Let sit for 2 minutes. Add vodka.

Place cups on baking sheet. Fill cups with Jell-O mixture, almost to the top. Place whole tray into the refrigerator. Let chill for at least 4 hours.

DaRn ... this post made me hungry!!!

Try:
Baking shaved or thinly sliced ham, turkey, other coldcuts and your choice of cheese on a fresh french bread (small or large loafs) wrapped in foil baked at 300 ... when it's ready ... add shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, or any other garnish. I like them with Pringles ... but just about any chip will work. Don't forget the dill slices and/or dips!!! YUMMY!!!
