What indian recipes have you tasted? Your favourite one is?

My favourite is any recipe which has lots of spice in it with extra chilly.

Never tried any.
But, a new one opened up across the street,
with a buffet ($9.99) so I wonder about
selection, there must be many choices.

Indian buffet at that price, normally means 10 items, at the most.
It is usually more veggies and just one meat dish plus a chicken side too....so if you are into veggie food, prepared differently with various spices, I would say..go for it....at that price you cannot go wrong....just saying...
