I have a good friend on here that kicks me in the butt 3-4 times a day as well as uses some of the other nudges. I have used the nudges with 3 different people. I see it as just another way to joke/flirt among friends. I ignore the nudges from strangers.

Just a way of letting people know I am online, though never used the Kick yet, I'm reserving that for a special occasion.

The site should add "head slap" to the repertoire of nudges.

While I have long liked the NCIS program I have NOT liked the head slap marker and actually wrote the program and several of their Sponsors because I saw it being mimicked by children and unfortunately some parents; a dangerous practice on several levels.
I don't think I have used the kick in the butt nudge but I know I have blocked people who have thinking it would get my attention. I find it demeaning and very disrespectful to put your feet on others. Someone tried kicking my bum it in real life; even playing around they would be likely to have assault charges filed on them. And I am generally a big practical joker in personal relationships. I do wish we had a thumbs down icon when someone posts something I really find offensive because sometimes I think silence sends a minimal form of endorsement to many. |

Would be interesting to use in real life.

Why use something that no one seems to pay any attention too? I've gotten one or two since 2012. Sent about the same since 2012.

A kick in the butt usually gets my message across but sometimes I have to take it to the next level!  Hahaha... Taking it to the next level...  There's a kick in bum nudge? Hahaha shows how much I know my way around mingle lol

I think I gotten one once or twice. But I never look at nudges so it could be heaps by now.
I don't use them myself either. If someone wants to get in touch, they can send a message. Same on other sites with "wink" features. Even when they can message you for free, they send a wink. So lame. If a guy doesn't have the baws to send me a nice message, then don't bother at all

No use for the nudges in my opinion. I get nudges from obvious fake profiles and scammers all the time. It's just a useless and annoying system.

I don't do nudges. But there was a woman from two years ago, who sent me a kick in the butt. I didn't know her... so what the heck did I do?
I would never send anyone a kick in the butt, even if they deserve it. Why bother? I would use BLOCK. Now let's dance...

I nudge with a kick in the bum those who I recognize, those whom I am not able to send a message too due to their criteria, those who do not respond and I got this for you too (I have one other reason but for now I'll keep that one a secret) Anyone else who uses the kick in the bum nudge? Feel free to share ... I have a few people I kick in the butt ... if I can get my leg off the floor that day  ... but its in a loving manner ...   I have not nudge anyone on here... or believe had to block anyone... so I am good ...

I personally have used that nudge, imo I think it's the most 'playful'..
.sent you kiss(presumptuous much?)... .sent you a wink(better than the kiss..but still only one meaning..you're pretty) ....sent you nudge(so I tapped you in the shoulder and asked for directions?) Sent you a kick in the butt(seems more playful to me...but I understand if taken literal it could be considered rude) |
