Myself I reply to all my e-mail if they are interested and I'm not then I let them know not in a harsh way. But not gonna string one on to believe there is somthing there when there is not.

But it does suprise me at times for when one sends and e-mail and you expect one back. Don't make the whole e-mail just statements only. If you don't put in questions your asking then the look and think ohh okay. Not saying that will be the deal breaker but it does help.
