“Becoming One”

Two hearts two souls becoming one.
As they merge together, now life has begun.
This journey together they must take.
As they enjoy these things they partake.
To each they will make their vows.
Together they will handle problems that arouse.
As they help each other chase away the fears.
And be there to wipe away the tears.
If one should stumble and fall.
With help from the other they will stand tall.
No longer will they be on bended knees.
They have come together after hearing each others pleas.
No longer must they walk this journey alone.
Within each others arms they are not afraid of the unknown.
Together they will talk telling each other of their past.
Learning again to trust and what true love is at last.
Along this journey their hearts begin to mend.
They realize they have found their best friend.
It’s like a heavy load has been lifted.
They both know they have been gifted.
This kind of love is not found everyday.
It is a rare love the kind that will not betray.
That bonds two hearts together as one.
Knowing this love can never be undone.
For it is held together with threads of gold.
That is weaved within each tiny fold.
From the heart and intertwined through out the soul.
Now complete two hearts have become a whole.
Together they will learn to give.
With each they will live.
As they enjoy their lives and all the pleasures.
Within their hearts they will embrace the treasures.
That have come there way.
With this love they received today.
