Hello, Money does matter. You are 20 yrs old. A woman who would be interested would be 18-25 approx.. Chances are, no matter where she is, she will be thinking of her future & future children. And therefore ' financial security'. If she isn't thinking that way, she is an airhead or perhaps she was raised by wolves...

They both matter. I would never date a guy because of how much money he makes or ask a guy for money. I have a good job and if I want something I can buy it myself or go without. I would actually prefer to buy it myself then feel bought. So love is more important to me. That being said I would never date a guy who could not support himself.
