any walking dead fans ?

have not watched any since then

You might call me a fan. There were times I thought I'd quit (Sofia! Sofia!) but it picked up after that. Looking forward to what Morgan has to say after what he just saw.

I was a fan but not so much anymore.. they're just making it to artistic.. too much story plot.. too much backstory..... for god sakes just give me lots of hungry zombies lots of guns with ammo.... a little T&A... and.. alls good... oh no the slow-moving zombies are coming... what should i do where should I go..umm.. first off outrun the people ahead of you.D. and just adopt a nomadic lifestyle.....

They did it again with last Sunday's new season premier episode...black and white scenes worked in with regular scenes....artsy fartsy crap

I know right!.. the directors and producers have to arts it up in order to justify their 30 million dollar paychecks..... they all sit around slapping each other on the back.... that was brilliant absolutely brilliant..
The way you captured the essence.. of that scene.. absolutely brilliant...omfg..... yeah let's try to lead a few thousand zombies away from R are quaint little hideaway town... and hope !!..that doesn't go sideways on you..wtf... umm how about you just pack up your bags and find another town somewhere..D... I liked the show when it was a little more realistic... I want to see struggles I want to see los... I want to see the conflict the agony.... the decisions real life decision.. like do we bring grandma with us.. you know she's going to slow us down.. but she might come in handy for zombie bait later on..lol

Eh... It was okay the first season or two, but it is now a soap opera with zombies.

I just started season five on Netflix. Meh is all I can about it so far but the style of the episodes definitely has changed and NOT in a good way.

Yikes. There was a specific reason for the B&W scenes. This was simply for clarity of narrative, as there were two different time periods being shown during the episode, the B&W one being farther in the past. If it were prose fiction, a convention for clarity would be using two different tenses, or perhaps two different view points, when going back and forth like that. Visual media has its own methods, and the B&W vs. color served it's purpose splendidly. Especially since TWD is based on a B&W comic book.

Oh my gosh tonight's episode was scary had me sitting on the edge of seat
Why did those people go into the village and kill them?
Wow had my heart pumping hard out. It's the first time since the first season I have felt like this.
I will be checking windows and doors tonight.
