You can't go by the comics for what happens in the show, some characters that survive in the comics die in the show, and vice versa. |

in the comics, Glenn gets his head bashed in by negan, and Carl does lose an eye... but i think they are going to kill Daryl instead, since he's already been captured by negan... |
