why is it that there so many profiles on here where people dont have actual pictures of themselves on here?

1. they don't have the access to photos of themselves
2. they dont want their friends or family to find out. 3. they want someone to read their profile first, and get an understanding of the person they are, not just the visuals. 4. because they can if they want to. 5. because they are being naughty and dont want their partner to find out. 6. pick a reason, any are possible. |

or 7. they like little boys and don't wanna be on dateline. |

I have a couple of theories:
A) Not interested in anything other than just online friendships so looks shouldn't matter. B) Married or otherwise attached but looking for an "intimate encounter" and don't want to get busted by posting pictures. C) Painfully shy and will only trade pictures once they establish a dialogue with someone and get comfortable. D) Fugly and they just need interaction with people even if it's just online. |

Well I would certainly understand a few real pics, but to have an entire profile with no real pics of them, what's the point?

Sometimes the fake pics represent their favorite pet or car or their culture...many reasons...

hmmmm...seems to be the question of the century...i thought about putting my pic up, but then i wouldn't want to take a topic away from ppl to discuss....

I don't know, blue boxes are kind of cool....
and it keeps me amused for hours trying to peel it off the monitor to see what's underneath...

I think you can meet someone and talk to them with out pictures. You can get to know them from the inside first. This happened to me one time..it worked out very good.
We talked for 1 year before we ever traded pictures. I think you really get to know that person better that way. Then when you trade pictures its an added bonus!! You learn about this person from their heart...I think its great

Well I can tell you that I take pictures, so any that I post are my own pictures that I took, not something I found on the internet....
