Have u guys ever done a survey on urselves here at mingle? There are a wide scope of people who mail me here. Some fall under the category of "he's not what I'm looking for", and i normally reply with a polite one word or two. And then there are those that fall under the category "he's kinda cute" or after a few exchanged words, "he's interesting". When meet these candidates, i will surely ask them a question.

"May i ask, just as a personal survey of myself, how did u stumble upon my profile? " or sometimes, "May i ask what was it in my profile that made u decide to get to know me?"

They will answer, from the forums, from "who's online". Many say that it is my eyes, some my smile, and selected few will say my tagline brought them over. For those that don't know me yet, my tagline is, "Meoww Meoww".

So i get what i want. I know exactly what or which part of me stands out the most and it makes it easier for me. How is it with u guys?

I honestly do not understand the question or 'survey'.
Are you asking what we think attracts people to our profile?
If so, from my experience here, they want ANY WOMAN to satisfy THEIR needs and desires.
99% of messagers are only interested in themselves and will keep hitting on ANYONE till they get what they want.
I recently had a journalist tell me he was seeking intellectual conversation, but did not answer one of my intellectual questions. All he wanted to do was get me offsite for his amusement.
If it was not for the few genuine people I have made as friends here, I would be long gone.
But the site is free, so who can complain.... much.

Coz i value knowledge. I wanna know what works in a site like this. When i welcome new minglians, (Is this what we r called?) i have the knowledge of what or where does it make a person more noticable. If they tell me they found me in "who's online", I'll know that username, location and tagline is important. If they found me at forum, I'll know how u potray urself in forums is important. And i believe it is coz many people purposely visit me (mail me) Coz of the things i say in forums. All my life, I've never had girlfriends. Seems like forum gave me some, which I'm thankful.

I don't think I ever asked though. Mostly because what you get in your inbox are scammers. Then again, it could be interesting to find out how scammers find you, might help avoid them even more.
