I just wonder why it can be so offensive to ladies sometimes when you say you're looking for women that exercise and are fit?

Probably for the same reason when women ask for a man that his physically fit .

Also, demanding what other people be is unrealistic.
Make demands upon yourself, don't make demands of others.

Probably why.
Who wants to be told their regimen differs from yours.
Yawn.
Who cares?

Most likely the delivery of how you state your preferences.

I personally work out.. Til my accident I did boot camps 3x a week, personal trainer 3x a week. yoga pilates,, and strength training 2x a week on top of cardio and core training I did every am and evening.

I also would most likely laugh at someone that told me that was his
criteria of a partner..To many other things that are way more important to me.

My BF doesn't work out and yet he is really fit, he works all day in his job. He is a grain/cattle farmer. He can out bench press me, pick me up and pack me anywhere he wants, great abs, out work me, out hike me, I might on a good day do more military push ups and out plank him so what...

It isn't a competition it is a partnership
