you'll get out what you put in... many women today refuse to be the
traditional years-ago house wife b/c men some men have stopped being the
tradtional faithful-take-care-of-home husband. you cant have one w/o the
other. I hear Drama-- many women these days can hold their own, but we
want the job matched in return

But would you give up your career to stay home and take care of your
husband like June Cleever, and that bunch...are do you consider working
and having your own money more important.

I wudnt want my man to struggle. Back in the day men had to work 12 hr,
or long day shifts juus to support the home. I dont want my man hustlin
n breakin his bak if i can contribute too, but i know family's important
as well. thats somethin we'd hav to discuss, no every two people are the
same

it's not disgraceful but roles in america have changed greatly. alot of
people don't understand that alot of women did not do it because they
were repressed. there are certain core values that go into a loving
relationship and raising a good strong family that don't exist too much
in the modern american society, shit if the woman don't want to stay
home i will lol.

I feel you, King! My dad was the same way... he was like, hell I'll stay
home n raise the kids if she wanna go work! lol Of course he was sayin
that lukin bak... but times have changed now. U cant expect one thing
from old days to remain the same and other things change

i know where you are coming from monique but the thing is the men did
that as a sacrifice for their families. they broke their backs and they
knew that mom was at home taking care of things on that end. alot of
people don't agree with me but that was a mutual relationship in alot of
families. alot of people have this crazy idea that just because mom
stayed home that it was because dad was a jealous controlling sob and it
wasn't always true.
