So, I have 7 or 8 mutual matches. When I contact them, they all seem to have about the same literacy level and skills. They are all from roughly the same area, but none in my area. They all want to communicate via private email or text. None seem to want to type more than a few words, and they all use a lot of ...,,,.,.,,, in the messages. They seem kind of like bots. Is this normal?

Doubt it is bots. There are things in place to make sure the person is human. Use the report button so the site is made aware of it

We are really sorry that you are running into this issue. The Site has a Report/Abuse System in place that all members are required to use to report such issue. If you do not know how to report you can use the e-mail they sent you look to the bottom right click on Report/Abuse/Spam and follow the directions. These reports go straight to Admin. Mods do not handle Scammers only Admin does. Another way you can report them is on their profile to the right you will see Report This User click on that and follow the instructions. We rely on members to help us by reporting them. Many do slip by us and we need members to help by reporting. We ask that the Forums not to be used for this problem due to we have a Report System which is noted in the Forum Rules. With that said this thread is being locked. We ask that all Members use the Forums strictly for getting to know those that post within the forums.
