Topic: I FOUND A NEW PLACE!!

I move in 12 days!! I'm so psyched, i've been looking for a new place for about a month and a half now and every place i looked at was too expensive or they didn't accept pets, or there was some other reason i didn't want it but i finally found a place and it's only a 1 bedroom apartment and it's gonna be a 15-20 minute drive to work in the morning but the place is spacious as hell and everything in it is brand new and it's $645 a month and that includes trash, heat, water, sewer, garbage, extended basic cable, and all i pay is electricity and that's only like $50 a month....and for my area thats a really good deal...I even get my own balcony! i can't wait to move in!!!!!!!

the only place around here you'll find for 400 would be a POS utility apartment with a leaky ceiling....without looking at complete dumps what i'm paying now is the absolute cheapest you'll find...especially since all that stuff is included in the rent.....and i don't have enough friends here to have a party...lol

you got a deal at least for around here the cheapest is like 800 for a one bedroom mobile you pay all utilities, and pets are 100 each. good luck on your move.

the only thing i REALLY don't like about it is that i'm moving out of the town i've lived in my whole life so i need to learn my way around a brand new city and basically start all over...in the city i live in now i may not really have too many friends but at least there's the rare occasion i run into somebody in wal mart or something and hang out for a bit...now i'm moving to a new city where i will know absolutely NOBODY...it kinda sucks...
