It's not a low blow, it was a haymaker. Agonists have the same first amendment rights as supporters don't they? Being a millionaire or a billionaire, yourself and your staff are subject tothe same laws, are they not? Sure, protesters can muck up a publicity event but as long as they are not trespassing and not being violent they have the freedom to assemble don't they? So if someone assaulted someone on State or city property and it was recorded on video (during a Presidential primary campaign) that would be admissible as evidence in a court of law right? Legally speaking. |
