which part of the quran mentions an 8 year old specifically? and the bible doesnt specifically mention age or age difference as it applies to marriage, but few know that judaism permitted for boys to marry at 14 and girls at 12 |

So... Jared is getting his buns sauced regularly... What sucks about that is every hour he is on house arrest counts as time served when he is sentenced along with the original time he spent in jail on the initial arrest before he bailed out. |

That does suck.. but while the deal calls for a minimum of 5 years, the judge can sentence him up to the maximum... which I think is 20 years. if he chooses. I don't think he will go to the max ( or close to it). because of the deal struck, but hopefully he adds a year or 2 to compensate for the house arrest time and stuff like that. I have a feeling he will.. if nothing more then just to send a message that it doesn't matter who you are or how much money you have... you do this.. your going to jail... If I were the judge I would add additional time. |

Recently, there was a huge sting throughout the world centering around criminal elements who specialize in the production and distribution of child porn. actually, pedophiles are attracted to PREPUBESCENT children mid to late teenagers are attractive to many people,, how do you think they start modeling so young? or acting? or any number of things that cause grown men to drool regularly? because child pornography only requires one to be a 'minor' (under the age of 18) , it is not the same as pedophilia, it is only pedophilia at pre puberty age,, and many who are willing to be with men this way(not forced on the street) have already been 'damaged' long before while others, believe it or not, actually know exactly what they are doing and why ,,,, And how does your rationale fit in now that the U.S. Attorney clarified the charges? Maybe those photos you put up don't really fit the bill now... do they. Should we be upset because this criminals " quality of life" is going to be affected.. or is that just a emotion left for others. I never asked or implied anyone should be 'upset' over anything , the 'clarification' which I read was this "e is expected to enter the formal plea at a later date to one count each of travelling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and receipt of child pornography.' Minor, legally, still means under 18 so, like I said, we are a hypocritical , dishonest nation, pretending that men aren't attracted to females in their later teen ages who are ALREADY sexually active,,,, they should learn to control their urges, but I don't see the attraction in the same light as being drawn to children that have not even reached puberty the child pornography is another question altogether, as the details aren't clear, and thank goodness he was caught before he actually ENGAGED sexually with anyone younger than 16 and personally, there is no 'legal' age taht guides my attractions, but rather my experiences personally, I could barely stand teens when I was one, and now as a mother would find it disgusting to eve be with a 20 something even though they are 'legal' physical attraction rarely stems from what the law states,,, |

I was reading a article today where 3 prison behavior experts ( they had a photo of them sitting around a table like stock analysis's) were discussed this. Having a indebt discussion ,not on if he will be assaulted but how long it will take FEFORE he IS assaulted.
