As for older men having their muscles worked out ... That is SO not true. From what I've seen, if a man is healthy and fit, they remain strong until they're some 66-68 yrs old. And I mean REALLY strong. I doubt a 30 - 35 yr old could take on a 50-60 yr old to be honest ... I would strongly advice against it, lol.
I think the 30-35 yr old will be squirming on the ground within seconds.

I sometimes think men don't really get to their physical prime until 45-ish and up. (this is not their sexual prime, which is much much earlier and gone by the time they're 40-45)

As for sexual 'performance'... that can indeed be an issue. And I'm not talking about 'getting it to salute' problems, as that usually isn't a problem. There's more to good sex than 'getting it to salute' alone.
