such a shame,,,

so senseless,,, both so young,,

three lives , done.

No... one is dead.. 2 are alive... big difference.

there is a difference between an apple and a pear too,, but they are still both fruit

one life is ended biologically, the others are ended socially,,

three lives,, done

Why would they release the driver? Wouldn't he be an accessory to the murder?

that depends upon the details

if he was involved in a felony at the time ,

he could be accessory after the fact being that he helped the suspect escape

if he had no weapon and was unaware what was happening,, and is going to help with putting the actual killer away,,, he could be free from prosecution,,

he radioed the police after the shooting and waited till they arrived... he was just selling/buying weed, he did the right thing and the police knew this, so he wasn't implicated...

the coward label was a ploy to attack his ego

turning himself in is a bravery of sorts,, he could keep running til caught like those prison escapees,,

well, i certainly don't care if he's a coward or not, maybe he should be yelling about how stupid he is for killing a cop... 10 years on death row goes quick...

"Him neva dint do nuffin wrong. Him was bout to start the colledge"

Frickin convicted bank robber out on parole STILL effing up and falling back on his animalistic ways. And some here find a way to equate his behavior to bravery. The lengths some go to somehow find a way to defend this thug's actions is laughable.

who defended his killing someone? noone

people are complex,,,he killed someone and should pay the price

he had many years ahead of him and therefore he has thrown away his life

and it took a level of 'brave' to face up to what hes done,,,

hes done,,,
Bravery is never giving in to selfish behavior in the first damn place, bravery is a young marine in Iraq, bravery is a man joining a police force to help better his community..but again, whatever makes apologists sleep at night.

There wasn't one thing brave about what the thug did....unless someone has an agenda to push.

sorry, I never purchased your dictionary

bravery: the quality that allows someone to do things that are dangerous or frightening :

facing the consequences of ones decisions can be frightening,, thus 'brave'

He not going to say a word. His court appointed legal aid lawyer will go thru the motions while doodling on a scratch pad and looking at the clock.

Matter of fact they should cut the jurist some slack and just have them mail in the guilty verdict... why waste the gas?

Bank robbery and murder.... goodbye brave boy.. and good riddance :)

Amazing...

Given, that being wanted for the murder of a law enforcement officer, effectively put a target on Tremaine...

Turning himself in, was an act of self preservation... It was most certainly not an act of bravery.

The opposite of bravery, is cowardice.
