Love you Debbie were all praying for you . don't blame your granpa for being mad so appalling the way they didn't listen hopeing for a miracle .your always there for everyone . we are here for you too girl praying for you all I don't blame him, I understand. its just my nan who doesn't so much.

Oh no!!! I am so sorry, babe!! Reading this entire thread just had me tearing up!! They should have listened to you!!!  You're a brilliant nurse! I will be sending healing prayers and positive thoughts to your grandpa. My heart goes out to you and your family. Stay strong for them, sweetie.  I know, this is why I feel so guilt ridden, and why im struggling so much. I cant bare that feeling. I keep thinking could I have done more, even tho everyone said I couldn't have. some doctors, just wont listen and they wont be told, even tho they have admitted I was right now, but its to late |

May you be blessed with the courage to 'accept'all those things that you cannot change in life..May 'he' find peace soon enough.. 'He' will always be remembered with love and respect..
A 'human life' lived with 'purpose' and 'meaning' is deemed to be a 'blessed' one..I'm sure your 'grandpa's' one of 'those' lovely people, to have lived a meaningful life, Debbie..May you live up to all those 'principles' that he's been living for, so far (prior to his failing health)... I'm 'aware' of the psychological trauma (and stress) that 'family-members' (the ones who have never shirked off from taking up & owning 'responsibility') undergo, when one of their loved and dear ones, become 'indisposed'.. I do realize (to an extent), what 'you' 'your grand Ma' and all your loved ones, are going through, right now.. An 'ordeal' that cannot be delineated, either through 'words' or 'writing'.. The 'only thing' that I can do, is 'pray' for your well-being and all be well with you in due time, Debbie.. For those who believe in GOD: Sometimes GOD tests us in HIS own ways and in HIS own time..On most of such occasions, I have failed to understand HIM and HIS ways..Perhaps, that's a consummate manifestation of my gross human inability.. However, despite my lack of 'consummate comprehension', I have realized that GOD never fails to be 'just' and 'kind' eventually.. I have always wished you well Debbie..And this occasion's no exception. May all be well with you, for the 'wonderful' human-being that I have always sensed you to be.. 'We' will keep you in our 'prayers'..

I liked what 2Old said in the thread too, LOTS off good advice there  I saved some of the wisdom in 2Old's thread too for myself :)  thanks I agree, 2 old gave me some good advice, her story was heartbreaking, it had me weeping.
