Like Dat said,,,,it depends on where we are going.
NOTE; This Gal doesn't even own a pair of hooker heels. I have heels, but not THOSE badboys....those are for the professionals |

It depends...
If her pre date behaviour, is that of a trailer park snuff queen, complete with VIP memberships at Booger King & Taco Hell, she's lucky if I show up at all. Black t-shirt/blue jeans. If her pre date behaviour, is more upscale, I'll wear more formal attire. |

So what to wear....what to wear on that first date? Gals: Is it casual? Summer dress? Hooker heels? Guys: Dress shirt and jeans? Pull out the Dockers? How much cologne do you spray on? So how about it peeps? Well of course it depends on the venue but generally for most first dates I am always favorably impressed if and obvious effort is made. A guy shows up in a shirt with a collar, slacks or very nice jeans, clean shoes, a watch, no cellphone or at least it holstered on vibrate, and a fresh groom on his hair and beard; NO cologne, and his future date ability gets bonus points. If he passes on the alcohol/cigarette option for the first date I am also impressed. It is just nice to not have to address unnecessary variables for first dates. As a lady accepting and invitation for a first date I feel obligated to make and obvious effort. While I don't often wear makeup I will put on a little and make and serious effort to have my nails done modestly. Generally I will wear a dress, skirt and blouse or at least feminine slacks or shorts and a nicer blouse. If it is not sweltering I will often wear hosiery and a dressier flats. I am past the heels with my legs and I am tall enough with out them. Because many of my profile photos show my long hair down I will often wear it that way though I like the ponytail and have many pretty clips. I generally carry a smaller purse and keep the cellphone stashed. I will wear a very low key amount of perfume if I think it is not likely to bother my date. And I do not drink on a date but it does not mean I want to be the designated driver. I insist that all first dates be no friends, kids, or pets allowed unless it is truly a trained service animal. And I have no problem if and interpreter or aid attendant has to be discreetly available. But I would prefer that the security detail is conspicuously at a distance. I will not date someone who carries a weapon. If that means we have to date out of area or in a secured venue then so be it. |

what to wear on that first date?
The more time I have to plan it, the better dressed I am. I don't do active dates. No call for shorts or tennis shoes. How much cologne do you spray on?
None. Cologne is for sissies and people to hide that they stink. Might as well ask me to paint my nails, wear eyeshadow, and be called Suzy. I do use aftershave with a slight scent, though. I use enough to sterilize my face after a shave. As that's what it's for. I drink beer, perspire musk, and piss blood...like a REAL man, all while wearing a suit with a fancy li'l pocket square. |

Usually a knee-length dress, with black tights, knee-length boots. I'd wear my hair down. Finished off with a bit of jewellery.

So what to wear....what to wear on that first date? Gals: Is it casual? Summer dress? Hooker heels? Guys: Dress shirt and jeans? Pull out the Dockers? How much cologne do you spray on? So how about it peeps? Depends on where he's taking me... My first date was to a university event... I wore a red sleeveless top and black pencil cut skirt, black closed toe heels... |

Being that it's a first date, will be casual attire. Nicer jeans and a clean T-shirt, maybe an unwrinkled polo shirt. Might be wearing my Birkenstock wanna be sandals, or nicer athletic shoes with socks. No, I don't do the faux pas socks with sandals....
I don't wear cologne, don't see the point of spraying animal pee on me. The pheromones that might be produced don't help me. |

Cargo shorts, whatever T-shirt I happen to have laying around, and flip-flops, unless we're going to someplace casual.

something easy to get off.. you're optimistic lol I usually wear nice jeans and a "jeans dressy" top. I really don't like to go to "dress up" places on a first date. |

Casual all the way...Low to med rise skinny jeans or a long summer skirt, tee or tank top, cute sandals and a pretty bracelet or my turquoise cuff for summer...For winter almost the same, jeans or yoga pants, leather dress boots replace sandals...Sweaters, jackets, long sleeve shirts and maybe a scarf replace tank tops and tees and I stick with minimal jewelry like stud earrings and a nice watch...I go very light on perfume and Cashmere Mist is my flavor...The only time I like to smell cologne on my date is when we are up close and personal and then it's just a subtle hint...
