I was reading this thread and noticed that a couple messages had come in while I'd been reading forums. I need to share this one with you... no names, I understand, but it is very on topic.
One variety of scam message is the 'Are you really single?' And sometimes they'll drop the same line a number of times. Occasionally I'll be in snarky mode and reply: "Well actually, I'm one of a pair of conjoined twins. Will that be a problem for you?" And 'his' reply was: "That's good I would like to know u more so best to chat with u on messenger for more and faster conversation".  The guys on here are so open minded and accepting!!!

~~~WARNING, INCOMING RANT~~~ Yes, it's that time for This Gal.....sooooo very tired of the games and the same sh*tty messages over and over and over again. Also, very tired of the "hey i'm really into you, can we get to know each other. Let's make another date"...then they don't show or text or call. WTF is that about??!!!    I have always heard of the idiots, but thought that maybe, just maybe I would run into the few that wouldn't be that way. SOME men are certainly pigs.  Thanx for listening.  Comment if you wish, but please know I am not looking for suggestions or anything, just needed to rant a bit.  It's just as I've always thought, it takes just as long and sometimes longer to get to meet someone online who's not all about the BS. Nice rant though. I agree....I've vented a couple times about the fact that ALL peeps SHOULD play in the forums regularly to get a much better picture/feeling about others' attitudes. IMO, most of the peeps here in the forums (guys AND gals) are good peeps who are truly wanting companionship in some form. Education IS power
