If I had to narrow it down to ONE thing, it would be to ALWAYS LIVE MINDFULLY.
That means that you need to watch out for, and carefully examine, and take personal responsibility for any and all assumptions, guesses, and "rules" which you go with. |

Some of your suggestions are harmful. And "rules".. what if they're no such thing? |

Some of your suggestions are harmful. And "rules".. what if they're no such thing? I think you must have entirely misunderstood what I said. The point is to have your own understanding of how to conduct your life, to be aware of whatever rules YOU have made or chosen from others, and to take active responsibility for all of your choices. Even when "rules" are made by others, take responsibility for choosing to follow them. If you decide not to accept or formulate any rules, then take responsibility for that, and for whatever consequences there are for you from that choice as well. |

Life is too short to be serious all the time.
If you take yourself lightly and don't take yourself too seriously, pretty soon you can find the humor in our everyday lives. |
