I had something very close to this hanging in my office. My supervisor made me take it down. Told me it was not professional Two weeks to the day later she had a complete break down . Guess she couldn't set professional boundaries between herself and patients. ROFLMBO |

And some people DRIVE you crazy. You were fine before you met them. Patient comes in week after week, month after month. Patient notes read Week 1 Mildly anxious can't identify stressors. Week 2 Thoughtful quiet answering basic questions. Sad. Week 3 Minimizing obvious symptoms of severe depression; near tears. Week 4 Arrives with family member asks if appointment can be rescheduled. Week 5 Patient absent. Week 6 Patient returns with notes, struggling to focus. Clearly deteriorating. Family is pressing for medication. Disrupting waiting area. Week 7 Patient Notably improved; reports family is vacationing left patient to attend home and pets. Week 8-14 a repeat of weeks 1-6 Week 15 Patient in grave distress; discussed hospitalization as and option. Week 16 Patient is again markedly better. Hesitant to discuss details of family situation but nearby job transfer pending with legal benefits. Week 17 Patient elated. Evaluated for possible Mania. Week 18 Patient moved appointment to 4 weeks later. Week 22 Patient mildly anxious but functioning. Submits address change. Co-operative and calm. Week 23 Patient reports divorce pending. Some sadness and minor grief. Week 24 Patient again markedly better. Week 25 thru 29 Similar marked improvement each week Week 30 Patient discharged no further reported negative symptoms. Who says divorce can't cure. Hand to God actual records. |

I don't have a problem with people this time. Who's been feeding the alien meth pills? He's all over the place tonight. We need to taser him for his own protection. |
