I think the phrase is, "Nice guys finish last." I don't particularly agree with it.

The history of self proclaimed "nice guys", include names like Ted Bundy and Gary Ridgeway.

I am not being disrespectful, but you are going to have to ask them. After being on here for four years I am more confused than when I joined. I wish you the best of luck. All I can suggest is that you will probably have to message lots of women to get any replies. Just like real life you will probably experience rejection. But that is part of life. Here is the scoop sir..We women[some of us] have learned over the years to be very very leery when a man tells us they are the nice guy..
WE do one of three things.
1. Right...sure you are

2. We laugh at you

3. We run...


The same as we do with the A-holes...


We want the "real man" that is gonna;
make mistakes,
love us til the day we die,
be our partners,walking beside us,
be our lovers,
be our best friends


Here is a bit of an idea

I've learned from this, that it's all about how you initiate the first conversation with a lady. For instance instead of messaging her with, "may we chat?" I've had better luck with, "can we talk." Try something like, "hello, I'm so and so, I thing you're quite beautiful, can we talk?" Maybe you'll need to get creative, make her a crossword puzzle with her profile as the theme, there's websites for that. Let her know that you're willing to put forth some effort for her attention. You have to stand out. And don't talk to them too sweet when you first begin conversating, talk them like the adult they are, focus on them, ask how they are. For instance, if she says, "how are you?" Reply "good, and you," I used to forget that simple thing. Basically let the lady talk about herself instead of focusing on yourself.

And btw, not all women are the same. Far from it. I can promise you that a militant feminist isn't going to put up with a mans bullsh*t. Women are as varied as men.

Urmm, is there a third option? I'll take a nice, hot, intelligent man who will treat me like the Goddess which I am and worship the ground which I walk on for 1,000, Alex.

Such a man would be an oxymoron.

Hmmmm...what do women want

What do men want? There's no one answer. A man can't look at a woman he's talking to like a stereotype. You have to see them as individuals. Women want to feel appreciated I'd say.
