Topic: fake or scams | |

most of the girls here/or profiles are fake or scams, all they do is find helpless guys and take advantage of them by creating a very sad unfortunate story that eventually leads to asking for money with the promise to move in with them. They use pictures of very cute girls that they find on the internet to catch a guy's attention. What's the worst part is that they use God's name to make themselves more believable. They claim to be in Nigeria or somewhere in Africa taking care of either their sick grandma or mom, because they're dad died in a horrible accident... or they say they're going to Africa to help sick children as volunteers of these fake support groups... I know that im not the only guy that has met someone that fits this description... just giving real new people a head's up

Loads on loads of site don't think I have been on one that aint got them on ! I think still if they give the bank details over to wrong person they might rob there bank account as it would be hard explaining to cops wont it a scammer being robbed ! Cose a proper hacker could probably be able to find transfer's and still from there main cash supply and clean them out that's if working for someone !
I don know why gangs don't hire hackers to get money from them would be easy money steeling from scammers the hackers could even put a program on to the account so ever transfer would get taken straight out would get scammers to stop know money would go from gangs but earn why you can right as they keep saying its about the money ! Well gangs are another sort of police dealing with what police can not or that's how it use to be ! There was a line if gangs crossed it police would step in and stop it and if police crossed line gangs would step in and stop it keeping a balance so citizens could get on with there life with out even knowing but it got corrupted! |

The more people are aware of the scammers that are on dating sites with the sole purpose of obtaining money from members by telling them lies, the better for everyone. Should you suspect someone of being a scammer report them to the site so they can be investigated, no harm done if they turn out to be genuine. Welcome to Mingle2. |

80% of profiles on any given dating site are either fake, have fake pic or fake info. Those fake profiles can belong to individuals, private corporations, governments or Law Inforcement. That's 8 out of 10, folks. One ought to be aware of it when using the Net. While the scammers are wrong to take advantage of gullible people, it's also up to each of us to be knowledgeable enough and aware so as to not believe everything we read and give away our life savings to some pimp in West Africa. One rule I go by is "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't."
The Internet has been widely accessible for 25 years now, you'd think people would've learned to use it by now. Fact is, and it's a sad one but an accurate one, until you actually meet the persons behind the keyboard, you don't know for sure if they' re genuine or a fake. |

No matter how good they sound, things aren't what they appear to be. In reality you're talking to a criminal sitting in a cybercafe with a well-rehearsed script he's used many times before. He's hunting through chat rooms, dating sites and social networking sites searching for victims, looking to cash in on romance.

We have a report system please use it to report all scammers. We ask that members use the system and not the forums for these matters. If you look to the bottom right of your e-mail you will see Report this user click on that and follow the instructions. Those reports go straight to Admin to check out...
We work really hard to keep the scammers out but they still slip in. Report Report any that you feel are scammers. Does not matter if they turn out not to be.....Better safe then sorry. Never go off the site with those that request it within the first few e-mails. We have free e-mails here no reason too.. With that said this thread is being locked we do not allow members to post names on the forums. We ask that you report them so Admin can deal with them! Site Mod Kristi |
