My poor lawn.. all this summer heat has.. made it go brown and dormant..

I am trying to decide if I go to my second cousin's memorial service by myself. None of my immediate family members are going because most of them are too far away. I used to be close to this cousin, but after I got married I only talked to him when we had huge family get togethers

I've never quite understood what others see in those extravagant meals. That's just me. I like nothing more than a true hearty meal. Not some tiny square cube, made of jelly.
