ahahaha what does drugs in his system have to do with this? ok so because he had drugs in his system, that caused him to sever his own spine? that is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard. just more of the police trying to smeer his character and take the spotlight off them. i dont care what drugs you have in your system, your not going to puprosely sever your own spine, that is just ridiculous.

Depends on the drugs. I have taken on people on Meth and PCP who have taken 3-4 people to put them down. Also drugs can cause a psychotic break and someone in one of those feel no pain either so it could mean a lot if he was trying to hurt himself.

yea i agree, but he wasnt on meth or PCP, he was on marijuana and heroin, i doubt he would have severed his own spine. witnesses said they had him bent up like a pretzel after they tazed him. then put him in the van with no seatbelt. im assuming the inside of the wagon is all smooth metal, so if your already hurt and not strapped in you will be flying all over the place in there.

People on drugs (bath salts/molly) have been known to eat other people's faces off.......

People react differently to medications. One drug can hype someone up and make them do something they would not normally do and to a different person it might mellow them out.

I can speak from experience on this one. I have dealt with a LOT of $hitbags over the years and have had many fisticuffs. I have been jumped, hit, slashed, sprayed, almost run over and had a gun pulled on me all doing Loss Prevention. Also my best friend of over 20 years killed himself while high on Marijuana and had no history of depression and the Medical Examiner after looking over his medical history and detectives interviewing several of his close friends and family members including me, determined that he would not have done it if he was not under the influence of Marijuana.

wow now ive heard it all, guy commits suicide because hes high on weed, you've got to be kidding. if this guy killed himself it was not from the weed, as weed is a natural stress reliever. if this guy killed himself on marijuana he obviously had some issues that dont have anything to do with marijuana. i mean i shouldnt say that because everyone is different maybe the marijuana did make him kill himself, but i "highly" doubt it. this guy onviously had issues other than marijuana use if he committed suicide. i know many many people who smoke marijuana, even some who have been depressed and never have i once heard "man when i hit that bong it just made me wanna kill myself". every person i know thats depressed and smokes marijuana is usually able to just look at the situation and be like "its not really that bad, it could be worse"... and exactly how does the medical examiner and detective prove that theory? what evidence do they look at to say "well the weed sure did him in". and just because he had no "history" of depression dont mean anything as its usually the people who seem the happiest that are the most depressed because they mask their feelings. look at how many people commit suicide and their family is like "we never saw this coming" because people are afraid/embarassed to admit they are depressed. like i said its people who seem the happiest on the outside that are the most depressed inside. but like i said i really doubt the weed had anything to do with it and how the medical examiner and detective can positively say the weed caused his suicide is beyond me, that makes 0 sense. thats a new one i never heard before.

You clearly have no understanding have a Suicide\Homicide investigation goes. You seem to be a self thought expert at everything and well your continuously wrong.

I was there, I was interviewed. I saw the reports they gave the family when it was all done and completed. I am sure Doctor's and career Law Enforcement Office and Forensic Evidence Examiners know a little more about this sort of thing then a High School dropout.

my question is, how does one prove that marijuana and marijuana alone caused a suicide?

I don't know, I'm not a doctor. Maybe because that was the only thing in his system, he had no history of depression, no recent tragedies, no stress etc.

i am for sure no expert on the matter, but i often hear that the people who are the most depressed and commit suicide, alot of the time seem the happiest because the hide their feelings. i only personally know 1 person who committed suicide and i didnt really know him that good. it was a kid i somewhat knew when i was in school and he was happy kid and out of nowhere committed suicide. even his parents said they never even knew he was depressed at all.i guess everyone is different but i dont think marijuana was what ultimately made him do it. like i said though everyone is different. my mother has suffered from depression for a long time and takes prescription meds for it, i told her to try pot and see if it helps. she said it helps her alot as it makes her feel better and takes the edge off. i guess individual results could vary but i dont think pot was the underlying factor that would cause someone to commit suicide. then again he was your friend so you would know better than me. THIS JUST IN....Within the last 20 mins there has been another Baltimore police shooting. Black man running from the police receives a single gunshot wound, and is transported to hospital. A revolver was recovered from the scene.

Crowds are starting to gather in response, and police have formed an ad hoc crowd control posture with only a few officers having shields or riot gear on.

Reporting via FOX reporter who says he witnessed the shooting about 15 yards away from him while sitting in his car and writing notes for his next story.

wow that didnt take long.

""False imprisonment" charges have been dropped against 3 officers".
Maybe the knife found on him was indeed illegal?

"False imprisonment" does NOT necessarily mean " Prison, jail or arrested"..

Example: If I wanted to leave somewhere & someone prevented that , That is " false imprisonment'

But the knife may or may not be legal, but the knife was NOT the only charge against Freddie Gray.... just the only one that may have been questionable.
