Why is married people put their time on here to fill their voids, rather than putting their time into fixing what is broken?

I think it is important for eve married people to have some time and things that are theirs,,to keep their identity and unique interests rather than being self absorbed in each other 24/7
|

Every married person must have "me time". It does not mean that one should run away from respective responsibilities. |

I think it is important for eve married people to have some time and things that are theirs,,to keep their identity and unique interests rather than being self absorbed in each other 24/7 I get that hobbies are a necessity, but when they are coming on here to find someone to fill a void missing in their marriage. I think they should put the time into seeking out and fixing what is broken, rather than ignoring and putting their time into hiding from it. Does that make sense? |

M2 is much moor thin just a dating site,,there is the forums, games, and a lot of ppl come on here just to make friends and chat with each other,,i know there has been times when i dont really feel like dating,need a break from all that,,so i come on here to chat with my many friends i have made over the year and a half i have been here,,

Also the forums are very informative,I've learned alot right here on the forums,you get to see things from different views,it's quite entertaining as well
 ,im not married though,but just saying!!

M2 is much moor thin just a dating site,,there is the forums, games, and a lot of ppl come on here just to make friends and chat with each other,,i know here has een times whin i dont really feel like dating,need a break from all that,,so i come on here to chat with my many friends i have made over the year and a half i have been here,, I realize that much. I have been around since 2008 on this site. When I am connected I come on. Not always carrying internet connect. No I was emailed by someone wanting to make friends to fill the void in their marriage. I just do not understand the desire to avoid the problem rather than confronting it. Why be in an "empty marriage"? Why not put time into fixing the empty rather than run from it. Running from things does not make them better. |

If I were in a happy relationship or happily married, the last thing I would thing is, "I want to go on a dating site and talk to people".

Humor aside....the reality is that marriages are plagued by attention spans that have the lifespan of a nat. Plus these days couples simply do not wanna work on things. Ever worked with someone who does the bare minimum and when you try to give that person more to do they can't function cause they don't wanna do more? Well...that's most marriages these days. |
