Good that I brought up an honest kid in my oldest son. He found a woman's purse this morning at a petrol station, with money in it and got the address from inside it, went round to her house and handed it back to her. Well done wee man, proud of you!

Plenty of people in this day and age that wouldn't have handed it back, as I found out before when I lost my wallet and everything in it, money, driving licence, bank cards, CSCS card, the lot! At least he went straight round to the address and did the done thing!

I handed in a guys wallet once, and he even said very few would do that, he was so thankful, bless him.

when my oldest son was a little guy maybe four or five and we were in the store shopping..he put a piece of candy in his pocket in the check out lane..I did not see him do it. we got about halfway to the car and he had a look on his face like he was going to cry or throw up when I asked him what was wrong he pulled the candy out of his pocket and burst into tears as a parent it was a very good moment..we went back in and he handed the piece of candy back and apologized and I wiped his tears and explained to him how if everyone just took the things in the store instead of buying them..the store would run out of money and all the shelves would be empty and they would have to close down
